Bust measures 50". It is 45" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Armpit to wrist is 22". This has shoulder pads. The sleeves are sheer. On the left sleeve, there is one area that the thread has been disturbed. The last two photos display this. When worn, the fabric is bunched up though and does not show this flaw.
