Both are tested and in great working order. Pictures display both lamps on. Each measures 21" tall w/o the shade. The base measures 4.5" across and the largest area of the lamp is 5.5" across. There are a few marks both on the black base and the actual lamp, here and there. Can be touched up. I don't have specific lamp shades for these, but do have some you may want to choose from if you like.
